Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

  1. On completion of registration, it will be deemed that you wish your child to receive school milk, and as such you will be guided to confirm the dates of the stated delivery period & consequently you will be entering into a contract, by where Fresh Pastures Ltd trading as School Milk UK will deliver milk each day to the child named in the registration process, and which the responsible adult named in the registration process will be liable for paying any invoices for the period milk has been ordered, prior to milk being delivered.
  2. We reserve the right to cancel your order, if payment has not been authorised.
  3. All milk will be delivered directly to your child's school and will never be delivered to your home address.
  4. Your child's delivery will commence on the Monday (Tuesday if Monday is an inset day) of the week following your registration/order confirmation and payment.
  5. Fresh Pastures Ltd trading as School Milk UK requires cleared payments by noon Wednesday in order for your child to receive milk from the following school week. Any payments that have not been cleared by this point will result in deliveries of milk being stalled until the following week.
  6. The cost per 189ml of milk per day can vary within different areas. The daily/weekly/ half-termly, termly and annual cost of your child's milk is highlighted when you place your order.
  7. We reserve the right to increase the cost of your child's milk in line with our costs, however the amount due to be paid will be made clear to you at the checkout stage.
  8. If your child is absent from school for a holiday, please contact us by email to arrange for a credit for the duration of your holiday. Cancellation due to holidays requires a minimum of 2 week's notice in order to receive a credit for your milk, Cancellations for holidays received giving less than 2 week's notice, may still be charged.   9. Changes or cancellations to orders will NOT be accepted by telephone or letter. We will only take responsibility for changes or cancellations received by email.
  10. If your child is ill and does not attend school, unfortunately we will not be able to credit milk for the day/s of absence. This is because by the time you realise your child is too ill to attend school his/her milk will have already been delivered to their school. In the unfortunate event that your child is ill and is likely to be off school for a significant length of time, you may contact us by email, and your child's milk will be cancelled and credited to you from 2 delivery days after we have received notification. Similarly, when you inform us that your child has returned to school, it may take up to 2 school days after notification for your child's milk supply to re-commence.
